Packing slip report

Can a Pick Slip be added to include when shipping orders. All the current reports contain a large quantity of informaiton when we would like to just show the items included in the shipment not the production detial informaiton. Sample idea attached.

I spend a ton of time making thumbnails, I would like to see if something could be programmed more automatically - but still look nice. For example, An image could use the PDF file, add a drop shadow, and make itself centered in a 3x3 square.

Show Admin that Impersonated and placed order

It would be nice to know who placed the order on the customer's behalf if using impersonation. We currently add initials to order notes, but it would be great to know for accuracy of reporting, errors, etc.
