Add Will Call/Pick Up shipping option that hides "Ship To" checkout field

Hiding the "Ship To" checkout field when customers prefer to pickup their orders would avoid confusion for both the customer and the order processor. Currently, all orders require a shipping address, regardless of the shipping option.

This is confusing to customers because it looks like they are requesting shipping even though they selected Will Call.
