Change PrintSmith Vision Integration ship date to recognize company calendar

The current PrintSmith Vision integration uses the current date + 3 days to determine the PrintSmith "wanted by" date. This can be flawed, for example, if an order is placed on a Thursday. The wanted by date on the order in PrintSmith will be due on a Sunday, but the company is not open on Saturday or Sunday.

To avoid manually changing the wanted by date and improve the automation of this feature, it would be helpful if the integration recognized the "Company Calendar" in Pressero.

This would allow a company to set their business days as Monday-Friday and have Pressero recognize that Saturday and Sunday should not be counted as business days for production. In this case, an order placed on a Thursday would produce a wanted by date in PrintSmith of Tuesday.
