Vendors - per site

We have a use-case, where printjobs should be submitted via micro-sites, and the order-manager, will then pick Vendors for the different printjobs.

The problem appears when we have several micro-sites, i.e. for competetive Vendors, and today the order-manager could by mistake easily pick a wrong Vendor, and hereby send an order to the wrong "competitor".

This could be handled easy, if every site had an own list of Vendors, so Admins with access to the orders of this site, only could pick Vendors that should be able to receive jobs from this site.
