When you first turn on Integration using Embedded Services you have an option to 'Synchronize' orders. When selected it will go back 30 days (according to the documentation) and pull orders for whatever sites you have selected.
My opinion is that orders 30 days ago have already been processed, completed, and shipped. So this just clogs up your MIS system.
My proposal is to default to 7 days, if something more is needed it would require intervention by Aleyant.
There should also be a Information bubble on the Syncronize button letting you know the consequences of selecting this option, and perhaps a link to the support article
I agree with Paul Wywrot. Rather than a hard-coded number of days, this should be a user-configured selection.
When considering this item, I would also propose a configurable number of days, per subscriber or, better yet, per site.
