Currently email notification option is either on or off for all the stages between "Order Received" and "Order Completed." This option needs to be customizable, there is no need for the customers to get multiple email notifications. When it is required/needed that the customer needs to be contacted, the email option, specific to that stage, should be activated/implemented, i.e. On Hold, etc. This will enhance Aleyant workflow process.
That hasn't been our experience. Perhaps you've modified the email for Order Status Change? Currently that email notification is not set to send to anybody, but it can be modified to send to any number of people including the person who placed the order.
