Less Clunky Online Bill Pay option

I'd love to see a less clunky version of an online Bill Pay option.

Right now, you have to create a form for people to put their invoice number in, which puts that section on the left, and the amount and everything else on the right.

Then when you "checkout", you have to enter shipping information, even for a digital product. 

I'd love to not have to add it to your cart, or at least not enter shipping info.
