Need to see the Sku and Current Inventory Level for each item in the Pending Order. Or at least show the items that do not have enough inventory to fulfill the order.
If we run out of inventory on any one item that is in a pending order, we cannot convert to an order, we cannot deny the order, especially if it has a non-approval product in the order. And we have to lookup check every single product in the order to determine which item(s) no longer has inventory available. As it does not tell you why it won’t finalize and it doesn’t show the sku. This is extremely time-consuming as most of our orders have anywhere from 5-50 items on the order.
We have to look up the product name to find the sku, then look up the inventory count, for each item in the job to determine why the job will not finalize.
And then once determined which item(s) no longer have inventory, we manually place a new order without that item(s). And since order is Pending, we can’t just place a reorder and remove those item(s). We manually need to place an order and add each item to the shopping cart impersonating the user with all items except the ones that ran out of inventory.
We would also need to be able to override an non-approval item, that defaults to "approved" and deny or cancel that item, so the order can be finalized and we can process the balance of the order.
