Bulk Uploads utilizing Excel Spreadsheet

I currently have to use professional services every time I upload additional art products (100s-1000s) to our pressero website. If we had the ability to use a Excel based bulk upload tool to create all the items it would allow us to do more frequent product uploads instead of waiting every 60-90 days to request one large upload.

My vision would be a column based spreadsheet which allows you to enable any and all options including product category mapping, and any product options. Each row would be a new item. Pictures and images could be mapped utilizing the same functionality.
