Allow kit products to use individual pricing and have that kit inject into PressWise as a Kit

The kits in Pressero are different than the kits in PressWise. This is understandable, as they are two disparate systems. However, this causes an issue when trying to create a kit product in Pressero that will inject into PressWise.

Currently, a kit product is actually one single product once injected into PressWise. I would like to be able to use Calculator pricing engines for each kit product, and have each kit product injected into PressWise as a separate line item.

This would be a huge deal not just for this new product, but for several other sites that we already have live. This would also be helpful for collections of products, such as stationary products. We could create a kit containing business cards, envelopes, letterhead, and more, with each item having a separate pricing engine attached to allow for different quantities. A user may need 1,000 business cards, but only 250 envelopes and letterhead, etc.

Another example may be a new employee product that includes some business cards as well as a few branded shirts, name badge, name plate, etc. There would be many uses for this besides the specific purpose that I am requesting this for.
