Having the ability to see and edit a form within the edit order section would be great.
Currently, we can only see a form's response on the PDF of the Job Detail or if it is currently active a report is ran. If we are looking at past orders, we can only see the responses on the PDF of the Job Detail.
We use this at the product level and during checkout. There are occasional errors made on these that are unchangeable in the current set up - this forces us to make manual notes on the order notes section that is also viewable to the consumer.
I have had two customers this week run into this situation. They collect Accounting information via Checkout Form, and although we are able to employ some custom validation via scripting, we are somewhat limited as to the parameters we can apply, and mistakes on the site user's part can still slip by.
The subscribers do not have a way to edit the form entries after the order has been placed, so have to catch it afterwards and manually change it when moving the accounting info into their next system.
While they can run a report in Report Writer to view Form Responses, incorrect responses would still be retained there. It would be ideal if Checkout Form responses were visible and able to be edited within placed orders.
