When an order item is an eDoc then the thumbnail in the cart and on emails is of the actual item, but if the order item uses an uploaded file then the thumbnail is a static product image.
Use the thumbnail generated from the uploaded files just like the eDoc thumbnails are used.
In the cart AND the order history to review when reordering.
This was a New Idea when posted Nov 21, 2019, however it is really an old idea from the old user forum days.

This seems like a no brainer. Not sure why Pressero does not do this and more people don't request this. The thumbnail is created and attached to the order anyway. Seems silly to have a generic product image on these orders. It sure would be more clear for the customer, and us, if the file upload thumbnail was used instead of the generic product image.
