Everyone would benefit from these fields being visible on the back end. Currently, only 'order information' is able to be pulled into email alerts. If there are comments on an item level, how will our fulfillment team know? Also, there is an email field for 'ship to' but nowhere for that to show up as a tag. If multiple items are being sent to multiple addresses, the 'ship to' email is extremely important for alerting the order recipient and not just the person placing the order.
