Allow the option to send the uploaded file in New Order email.

We need the new order email should have the link to download the file. In our workflow, I also get a new order email and I need to check the file first then send it for production. At the moment I have do go to Admin > Orders > Edit > Files to download the file verify it and then proceed further.

If you can add the option to send or not send the uploaded files in the New Order email, it will be a great help for us.

I have tried to use Email Tags:
##FILES##

##FILELINKS##

But those does not work on the New order email.

      This would be AMAZINGLY helpful to have. While yes, we can go into the system to see that there is a file uploaded, having it included into the New Order email would be so much more helpful.
