Add 'Last Approval Decision' to Order View

To the best of my research the order confirmation email is the only client facing communication that shows the approver. Once the order confirmation email is deleted there is no other way for a user to confirm who approved the order. For high volume clients retention of and having to search order confirmation emails is not a desired solution. Adding the text block from the Order Confirmation show the Last Approval Decision would allow users a one click view without having to retain order confirmation emails.
