Call for Price

With "hyper inflation" and paper shortages there needs to be a quick and easy way to set products to a Non-Pricing mode so that out of date pricing engines are not being used.

With a checkbox set to "on", this could display a "Call for Price" or other informative line instead of the pricing calculations.

These should also be a setting to allow, or not allow "add to cart" for these products.

Once a pricing engine is updated then the product could be put back into normal mode.
