Have shipping information tags available for customizing email notifications for sites

Currently, the shipping information is added to the email notifications through the ##CART_SUMMARY## tag. It would be useful if the shipping information had it's own tags for adding to the email notifications, in much the same way that the billing information has it's own tags now.
