B2C customers are confused about how to change the quantity after the customized item is in the shopping cart.
The current process is that you click the pencil icon next to the product in the shopping cart, and it brings you to the original product page where it seems you are starting over by entering the quantity and customizing the product (and waiting for it to load), approving it again and adding to the cart again.
If this could be bypassed by just adding an editable quantity field in the shopping cart, that would eliminate any confusion and streamline this process.
