Show Admin that Impersonated and placed order

It would be nice to know who placed the order on the customer's behalf if using impersonation. We currently add initials to order notes, but it would be great to know for accuracy of reporting, errors, etc.

Use pressaro file assets and edocbuilder Previews to generate simple thumbnails as a default

I spend a ton of time making thumbnails, I would like to see if something could be programmed more automatically - but still look nice. For example, An image could use the PDF file, add a drop shadow, and make itself centered in a 3x3 square.

Automatically apply changes to preview

When someone types something into a field in an edocbuilder template, it would be nice if it automatically updated the preview. Having to click a button each time to show the changes seems strange and unnecessary. I'm sure there is a reason for it...
