Add a new user account reminder email alert

It would help generate more orders when someone creates a new user account on a storefront, the system sends out a new user account reminder email alert when the new site user does not place an order within 30 days of creating the account.

EXAMPLE MESSAGE: We noticed you created an account but have not placed an order yet. Is there anything we can provide to help you place an order?
