I love the new Gift Certificates feature! With that said, there is one major thing that it lacks at the moment: the ability for site users to manage it.
We have customers who would like to use this as a reward system for their employees, and with that, they want someone on their side to be able to go in and manage that.
As far as implementation goes, I would imagine it to be done the same way budgets are. You would go to the Site Group in question, and then select Allowed to manage and view Gift Certificates. Obviously, the layout would be different, but it would function in the same manner.

Gift certificates could be a great func... but it is is a work left half done and cannot be deployed in B2B storefronts unless a reporting func is deployed in the meantime.
How do other Pressero clients are handling invoicing with Gift Certificate ?

What is for sure... when extracting data from the Report Pressero func... you cannot know what is the the reminging amount paid with credit card...
Just tried the Gift Certificates feature for the first time today. So happy to have it! What I would love to see is the ability to add Gift Certificate as a catalog product that auto-generates a certificate at checkout and emails it to the address of the customer's choice.
