Ability to trigger New User email notifications after users created

I did a batch upload of new users yesterday for a site. The first time failed because of the new password complexity requirements. I corrected the password in the file and performed another upload, however I failed to check the Send Email Notifications on the second attempt.

I need to send these notifications, as the customer is expecting us to do it. The KB article indicates that if you select the option "Replace Existing Users" along with "Send Email Notification", that the system will send a new user notification. I did that, but it did not send the notification.

I would like the ability to resend New User email notifications by clicking a single button on the Site Users page. This would be handy for several sites that we have that open and close throughout the year.
