Stackable order page and changes to the Admin Panel -

In this screen shot, I have highlighted the email address that should be clickable so you can start and email conversation.

It should also have a button / icon to take you to that customers order history page so you can see what they see in order to help and teach them. ( LOGGED IN AS CUSTOMER - STATE )

All the tabs at the top are great, but it would be better if all the information in those tabs where simply stackable fields that would create a long scroll. No clicking around if you can scroll through each field. Every information field should be wide body. Having columns in pages and broken up information does not flow for the eye as well as wide.
