We have a customer that wants to offer promotion codes that include free shipping or a % off of shipping as an employee reward.
Options could be 1) a promotion code with both an amount off of a product and a percentage off of shipping or 2) the ability to add more than one promotion code at checkout or 3) The amount on the code applies to the entire order including shipping.

Unless Aleyant's intent is to have the gift certificate feature replace the promotion code entirely, I'm not sure this satisfies this request. We will continue to use promotion codes where it is the best fit, and having the ability for a promotion code to apply to the total is a must-have feature.

Much needed ability to have promo code off entire order, Subtotal and Shipping. And allow more than one promo code at checkout.
We would love it if we could set both a % or $ amount off shipping as well as set it to be product specific.
Yes, this is a much requested feature from our users, as well. Even if we could just have an option in the promotion code setup page to allow the code to apply to the entire cost, including shipping, that would solve the majority of our needs.
