Add UPS SurePost to service options

UPS SurePost are rates competitive with USPS Ground Advantage for shipping. Currently the servcie level options displayed under UPS does not include SurePost. My shipping software integrates with UPS SurePost and I would like to offer this servcie at checkout as an option for out clients.
