Auto discount with no code required Merged

I think this would be useful for a customer without having to type in a discount code. For example, the customer will automatically receive a percent or dollar amount off their first purchase only without having to type in a promo code, and they will actually see the discount at checkout. (i.e.congrats! you received a first purchase discount.)
