Allow Aanimated Gifs on Product/Category Artworks

Currently, all the formats supported for Artworks (.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .bmp), are converted to png file, so any animated gif will lose the animation because Pressero changes the original file into a png file.

Local delivery Option for Ship Station
