When we run fundraisers or special websites we would like the credit card processing fees to go back to the orderer .
we would like the ability to add a % mark up to the payment methods
As this has really become a normal function in areas that do not prohibit it by law. we're working on a new payment area that will allow this type of action. similar to a "handling" fee on shipping. you would be able to add a tansaction fee to the order as a whole.
