Ability for duplicate department name attached to different locations

This seems to be self-explanatory to me, but here goes.

When adding departments to a site that has different locations, it is not only possible, but likely, that there will be duplicate departments at each location.

We have a customer who is looking to open their B2B site to their entire employee base, rather than a select few users. However, they want their users to choose their location and department when creating their account.

This is a problem, as some of the departments exist at both locations and when processing the batch import, Pressero simply overwrites any duplicate department with the department found later in the list.

Why? That simply doesn't make any sense. It might be different if the location field wasn't required when importing the list...however it is required.

Please change this behavior. At this point, I am going to have to prepend each department name with an identifier to avoid this issue, but I don't believe that should be required.
