Global Email Templates

We want to brand all of the email notifications that we use, but having to copy/paste the code for each new site and for each individual notification every time is a bit of a hastle. The ideal situation would be to have global templates that are edited at the instance level in Preferences, which then trickles down to each of the sites.

Having the ability to edit those notifications at the site level could still be super useful if there are some things that need to be adjusted for specific needs of a customer, and we would still need that. With that said, having a bigger picture to save some time would be great!
