By adding this field, you would allow the customer to ship to multiple names at the same address easily. The idea is that they wouldn't have to add a new record to their address book for every different name.
I'm currently getting a professional services quote for this... actually, it is for adding a custom form on the shipping page... but would need to be able to differentiate this form in the resulting XML output too...
Checking in on this idea. Can we get this one past the idea phase? Please let me know.
This would be nice, but for those of us using an integration, it would need to come across with the integration, as well.
