AWI should indicate when there is a version of the application available that is newer than the version being run locally by the user. The only way to see if there is a new version of the AWI is available is to check the downloads page on the support portal below. This leads to a few tickets a year where support has to inform the users that there is a new version available, but after the users have encountered and reported problems.
