Allow field scripts for templates to be shared across multiple templates

HTML and VBscript field scripting is created and managed on individual templates. It would be very helpful if the scripting that was done on a template could be available for multiple templates. Perhaps just referencing a template with existing scripting from another template, or perhaps through some kind of a script library that could be used from any template.
