Ability to download uploaded images

I'd like the ability to download any images that I've uploaded to a template. The downloaded image should have the same name as when I uploaded it.

    I would like to see the option to download the client's images that they have used in the templates. On occasion the client needs us to make a change to the image. As it is now we have to ask the client to email the image to us then re-upload it to their template.
