It seems like the possibility to integrate Javascript/stylesheets in eDocBuilder has been removed.
We use custom code to hide elements, which are used to create our calendars and many other things.
The fields are not possible to hide from the user, in any other ways.
The problem occurs as we have variable start-months in our calendars, and then we fill in the fields with the rest of the months, so that Pressero knows which PDF's it must use as backgrounds.
So these fields are then hidden from the user via JS and CSS, but it doesn't seem to be possible anymore.
Is there a good reason for this ?
Why isn't it allowed in your own solution, when it doesn't affect any other solutions or sites ?
If eDocBuilder stops working in our solutions, because of script-errors, or other errors, these scripts can be deactivated.
The fields we are hiding are in attached image: "Enter_information_hidden.jpg"
It also gives us problems, where we would like to nudge our customers, with adding user-friendly solutions by text, or adding fields with specific rules for entering text.
Could it be possible to have a field in eDoc for custom JS and CSS, and allow us to customise our eDocBuilder-solutions from here, and by this making sure that it also works after an update ?
We are really looking for a user-friendly way to nudge, help, and improve the CustomerXperience in our sites/solutions.
I would like to have this ability, as well. I'm also curious to know what the existing solution to this is.
@Aleyant ... could you please comment on my question below ??
Hi Aleyant ...
I have just seen that this idea has received status "Already exists".
Can you please elaborate on this ?
And maybe provide an example on how to hide these fields in eDocBuilder ?
