Rich format for the Entry Block Instructions

Currently, adding instructions to an entry block does not allow any rich text formatting. Not even new lines are respected.

I propose, at a minimum, adding a CSS style of "white-space:pre-line;" be applied to the div containing the block instructions.

I did try to add HTML tags such as "<br>", but they were stripped out before being displayed in the eDocBuilder form.
