Include Custom Profile Fields on the Report Writer
Custom Profile Field functionality, is clearly useful to many accounts and users, but it is not possible currently to include Custom Profile Fields in reports written from Report Writer. This would most probably be useful to many.
We currently have to put data in alternative fields to get info to print in reports since the custom profile fields are not available in report write. Our clients use a Cost Center field for reporting monthly activity and the Cost Center is assigned at the user level. Our current work around is to copy the info from the custom Cost Center field and past into Tax ID in order to report. My guess is long term this will corrupt the Avalara integration. Would love to be able to report on Custom fields!
