Many estimates contain multiple different products. The current system requires each product to be emailed to the customer seperately unless a complex product engine is constructed.
While this is in review I have been trying to come up with work arounds for our staff and was wondering about the possibility of the following functionality.
Currently with the API connection to Quick Books Online, invoices (with multiple jobs) are able to be created based on triggers. Could this not work the same way with estimates? Estimates in QBO are nearly the exact same format as invoices. When there are multiple jobs under one order, could they be grouped and sent via API to QBO for estimating purposes?
