Improve material search in product engines

Rather than a list of material, have a query pop up that helps the estimator pick the material that they need.

1. Query can ask different characteristics and show pricing, vendor, and date.

2. Can override the price in this section.

3. Time Stamp in “Material Audit” (mentioned in another post the suggestion to create a material audit section per material item).
