Adjust Inventory Deduction Process

Currently the system does not make a transaction until the sale is complete. For inventoried paper to be accurate and alert of a shortage the transaction needs to occur when the order is placed. This allows for proper inventory management. Paper can even be in different stages. "stock" "on sales order" "pending", etc.
