Glitch in Bootstrap Basic (No Sidebar) Skin

Using the Bootstrap Basic (No Sidebar) Skin, I am getting a glitch in the navigation bar hover color. The custom skin color selection shows as expected for static Navigation Bar items but shows black for any Navigation Bar items with a dropdown.
