Add the Ability to Schedule Widget Banners to Display Based On Dates and Times

We would like to see the option to schedule Widgets to display or not based on a date and time setting like Promotions. Typically a Promotion is accompanied by a Web Banner to promote it. We run many branded stores and have a schedule of Promotions on them, it is easy to set up the promo code to be active on a date and time and inactive when scheduled. The web banner in the Widget is a different story, that we have to add and remove manually on every store. If we could schedule this we could do multiple at a time and save a lot of extra efforts.
