open cart & saved for later items - follow up email
It would be nice to have an automated email go out to customers that have items left in their cart or have saved items for later. Can this be part of the email notification system?

Currently the CART_SUMMARY template within the email template NEW ORDER is not editable. It would be nice to have an option to further customize the body of the email templates beyond this CART_SUMMARY template generated by the server.
