Email notification for received inventory

Currently there are email notificaitons for Low Inventory, but no notificaiton template for Received Inventory.

Can the logic of the Low Inventory email template be cloned and adjusted for Inventory Received?

The trigger for this emai notification would be the Inventory transaction (New). Similar to other email notifications the email would trigger to specific groups of users for the client instance.
