Improvement to Pending Orders screen on the user end

In the new Pending Orders screen, there is no search functionality or any way to export the orders to CSV or XLSX format as there is on the Orders History screen.

My customers would like to be able to search the Pending Orders as they do the Order History. Additionally, they want to be able to export the orders to Excel format to make it easy to cross-check their internal system.

My proposal is to either add those functions to the Pending Orders screen, or to add a new choice to the Order Status drop-down on the Order History screen of "Pending Orders". This would allow them to use the current functionality on the Order History page that they are already using, but for the pending orders.

They do like that the Pending Orders are available on a separate screen, however I think that could have been easily accomplished by using the current Order History screen, but allowing a link that pre-selects Pending Orders and Awaiting Approval from the Order Status and Approval Status drop-downs, respectively.
