Add search function to Pending Orders screen

The new pending orders screen lacks a search capability. I have customers who regularly use that function in Order History when approving jobs. They do not use the link from the individual email, but perform a search to find the job that they need to approve.

By the way, I actually love the idea of the Pending Orders page, since it makes it so my customers don't have to perform a search to find the jobs waiting for approval. However, I do find it odd that one of the columns that is shown in the Pending Orders page is Approval Status. Wouldn't all jobs have to have the same approval status to show up in this page? Am I missing something there? It seems like that isn't a necessary column to show.
