Email Notification Builder

We like for all of our email notifications to look branded. The email notification builder needs to have something similar to the Layout Builder making it easy to make custom email notifications. Adding borders, images, text, etc... by dragging and dropping, similar to the builders found in Constant Contact or Mail Chimp. Maybe even have preset templates. Right now unless you know how to write code it is very difficult to send out emails that look dynamic.
