Under 'Pending Orders' admin side - Under edit, have an option to re-send email approval or display an approval link that we can copy/paste into an email.
Users should be able to edit denied orders.

Approver is able to edit shipping address on pending approval orders

Approver is able to edit the pending approval orders and is able to select the shipping address from the drop-down list but is not able to add a new shipping address. Please make it available for the approver to add a new address when editing an order.
