Shipping calculated depending on Origin of production. Merged

Can we have the ability added to calculate shipping price from multiple locations, rather than just one point of origin. 

Maybe it would be possible to add and do a calculation depending on the address of the vendor that is set up?

Example: When we have Vendor's in other parts of the world, it's calculating the shipping price from the US as well as when something is produced in the US. This is causing confusion for the user.
