Progress bars for all batch imports

For all batch import areas it would be super helpful to have a progress bar showing how far along an import is. As it is currently configured, if you upload a large batch for say product import, it will simply tell you that an import is in progress, please wait. Having a progress indicator would be so much more helpful.
